Saint John Preparatory School operates under a governance model designed to uphold its educational philosophy and ensure long‑term institutional quality. The school relies on a combination of professional leadership and active community volunteerism.

Board of Directors

The school is governed by a Board of Directors composed of:

  • Community members

  • Clergy

  • Parents

  • Staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Setting and reviewing school policies

  • Approving budgets and the school calendar

  • Maintaining the committee system

  • Facilitating communication among parents, staff, and the Board

  • Appointing and evaluating the Director, who manages daily operations and implements policy

Volunteers serving on committees play a key role in supporting the Board’s work and the school’s overall success.
